do you ship outside india?

how long does delivery take?
Free shipping pan-India. We dispatch from Vadodara within 1–2 business days, and most orders are delivered 2–4 business days from dispatch — so a typical door-to-door window is 3–6 business days. Remote and North-East pincodes can take a couple of extra days.
are your products vegan?
Most of the range is vegan. Any product that contains an animal-derived ingredient (e.g. honey or beeswax) lists it clearly on the ingredients tab.
are your products tested on animals?
Never. Metabu is cruelty-free, FDA-approved, and dermatologically tested. Every formula is also paraben-free, phthalate-free, and alcohol-free.
what’s your return policy?
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or used cosmetics. If anything arrives damaged, email care@metabu.in within 48 business hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photo of the damage and we’ll replace it free of charge.
how are refunds processed?
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method (5–7 business days reflection time depending on your bank). Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as Metabu store credit, valid on any future order.
how do i track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp, and email as soon as the courier scans your parcel. You can also see live status from your account dashboard.
can i change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t shipped. WhatsApp +91 95860 00254 with your order ID and the new address — we’ll update it before dispatch.
can i cancel an order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Reply to your order confirmation or message us on WhatsApp with the order ID. Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible — but the damaged-on-arrival policy still protects the parcel in transit.
