damaged or defective on arrival
If your order arrives broken, leaking, or with missing parts, email care@metabu.in within 48 business hours of delivery. Attach a clear unboxing video and a photo of the damage. Both are required — without them we can’t lodge the claim with our courier.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement. End-to-end the process takes 7–21 business days.
used or opened products
For hygiene and safety we cannot accept opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic products for return — the same rule that applies on every cosmetics counter in India.
how to start a claim

- Send the unboxing video and damage photo to care@metabu.in.
- We verify and confirm the claim within 2 business days.
- A reverse pickup is arranged for the damaged item, and the replacement ships after the courier’s scan.
refund routing
Where a replacement isn’t available, we refund prepaid orders to the original payment method (5–7 business days reflection time). COD orders are refunded as Metabu store credit, usable on any future order.

Damage from misuse, mishandling, or storage in extreme heat. Claims raised after the 48-hour window. Free gifts and store-credit purchases.
