damaged on arrival
If your order shows up damaged or with missing parts, email care@metabu.in within 48 business hours of delivery. Please attach an unboxing video and a clear photo of the damaged item — we need both to validate the claim with our courier partner.
Once we verify the claim we’ll arrange a free replacement. The full process — verification, pickup, and dispatch of the replacement — takes 7–21 business days.
opened or used products
We can’t accept returns or refunds on cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or have broken safety seals. This protects every customer’s health and keeps our supply chain clean.
refund routing
- Prepaid orders (card, UPI, net-banking, wallet) — refunded to the original payment method. Bank reflection time depends on your provider, usually 5–7 business days.
- Cash on delivery — refunded as Metabu store credit, valid on any future order.
cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships by replying to your order confirmation or messaging us on WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible — but the damaged-on-arrival policy above still applies if anything goes wrong in transit.
exclusions
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or storage in extreme heat is not covered. Promotional gifts and store-credit purchases are non-refundable.
